Pros

The concept of the company is great...

Cons

...but the execution is terrible. Lack of career advancement. Low salary. No transparency. It's okay that it's a corporation, but there are very few improvements in the workplace after years.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Great employee perks and lots of folks that what to do good.

Cons

Horrible organization, lack of enforcing policies. Horrible atmosphere. HR department complete joke, HR spends more time on vacation than actually fixing things. Directors know nothing about departments they mange, nothing but robots repeating what managers say.

Pros

Definitely way different from your typical retail job. You get to interact with customers and learn about all the crazy products it has to offer.

Cons

They say they’re a diverse work environment but after working for three years you learn that it is not true. Back then the security team will refuse to come to your calls for backup when a guest is being aggressive or rude if you were gay or black. They will take their time to come to your calls for backup. Security team will make lots of homophobic slurs towards the associates, Hr doesn’t do anything if you’re not white, and they’ll do nothing to fire someone who is not white. I’ve seen it so many times where countless people were put to suspension and their reasoning was never that bad and it overall ended up in being fired. In the other hand when a white person gets out on investigation they allow them to continue working and never get out on suspension and their outcome will either be a probation or they just demote them but allow them to continue with the company while so many people were let go from unjust reasons. This place grows very depressing on you after a month because it’s the same repetitive thing and almost over half of the people that work there will tell you how bad their mental health has gotten is working there. I overall say if you work there goodluck and I hope you’re not mistreated.
