* Starting hourly rate is much higher than most other places * Interested more in who you are as a person rather than your experience or your degree * Generous PTO policy * Paid breaks * Opportunity to go from part time to full time, like to promote from within * Very diverse group of people working there

* Still a bit of a startup, learning as they go. Creating processes as needs arise * Go into things with an idea instead of a plan
