Pay, benefits, pto, cool workers, art and exhibits are amazing.

Cons

It used to be an art collective, but now it is a start up company which means the company keeps dealing with major changes and growing pains, including restructuring and layoffs. It can be kind of stressful. Lots of the old school employees are really angry and bitter and it makes for a tense work environment.
