Pros

There’s nothing like it and they’re doing things no one else is doing. It’s exciting to be a part of something that feels bigger than you and that everyone wants to be a part of. The people are fun and the projects are exciting challenges to figure out!

Cons

There’s little organizational leadership and every day is a tiring demoralizing reinvention of the wheel to try and get things done in an organized way. Get ready for chaos and exhaustion after doing things two or three times over. Their transparency and communication are also very poor, it’s hard to know what’s coming or going on any given day.

Pros

Santa Fe is a wonderful place

Cons

Toxic culture. Dissent of any kind, whether about the company or about creative decisions, is actively discouraged if not attacked. You’re made to feel small and expendable. Abusive rhetoric like “you can’t do better than here” is routinely brought into play, and only a select few are given creative autonomy even though it’s promised to all.

Pros

Cool co-workers and neat projects ideas.

Cons

Company leadership talks the big talk, but then fires large amount of employees every few months. Project processes are non-existent, There is no structure for any work process so you are left to flounder as you attempt to perform your job. The Company used COVID-19 as an excuse to fire half of the company in April 2020, even though it as being planned anyway under the companies nose.
