Cisco Meraki fosters an inclusive and dynamic work environment. The array of benefits, the diversity of the staff including leadership, and the open dialogue to listen to individual contributors concerns has been a breath of fresh air.

Cons

I truly don’t have many cons. The one area where I would like to see improvements, is the percentage of commissions AE’s take home. We definitely are well compensated but our commission packages YoY stay stagnant all while company profits grow. There has been talks and some efforts to improve the ratio, which is nice

Their network solutions bring alot of value to businesses and it's easy to position for various customers and uses cases. The overall work environment, collaboration, and office amenities are amazing.

Cons

As with any company, the workload is demanding and politics will come into play at some point.
