      Pros

      Great work environment, free lunches and snacks make working for Meraki a lot of fun. Everyone at Meraki is extremely smart which pushes you to think smarter.

      Cons

      Sometimes you might get spread too thin but thats not really a con for me - I love challenges.

      Pros

      Very smart people, if you like firmware or web programming there is interesting infrastructure work.

      Cons

      There is a lot of stuff going on, and change in terms of what you are working on can happen more than once a year, but that is life at a fast moving company.

      - Work-Life Balance is great; there are several internal activity groups and Merakian events setup for employees to participate in - The Cisco acquisition has brought a lot of positive attention to Meraki. - Sales Goals are generally achievable.

      Cons

      - The accelerators on the compensation side, or added incentives, for over-achievers could use a brush up. I believe that those going above and beyond their goals should be awarded accordingly.
