      Pros

      -Culture, I came here from another startup and it's a heck of a lot better here. Definitely a fun place to work. Lots of happy hours, team events, etc. plus the people are pretty low key. Kegs at work, pretty good food, etc. -Management is pretty easy to deal with, definitely not a bunch of micromanagers running around -Quotas are a lot more attainable than most other places (probably 75%+ are hitting their OTE). It's not a boiler room atmosphere, so you can actually exceed your quota which most people do

      Pros

      Open Floor with Google like work environment dog friendly lots of snacks, drinks, lunches three times a week regular fun events amazing products that customers love Management on the floor is very interactive and approachable parking is free wireless headsets so we can walk around

      growing fast and some processes need updating parking is really really hard to find after 7:30 sales floor gets pretty loud

      Very smart people, fast paced, startup mentality, growing very quickly, making and selling the best product in the industry

      Cons

      It's a small company, growing quickly. This means that systems quickly break and need to be replaced nearly as often as their put in place.
