      Very smart people, fast paced, startup mentality, growing very quickly, making and selling the best product in the industry

      Cons

      It's a small company, growing quickly. This means that systems quickly break and need to be replaced nearly as often as their put in place.

      Pros

      Meraki is a rapidly growing company, both in employees and revenue. There are not many networking companies that are growing this quickly and have such a wide customer base.

      Cons

      Meraki is growing very quickly, and thus it is likely that positions and roles change over time. If you are not comfortable with that, then Meraki is probably not the right place for you.

      pretty young corporate culture outside of sales, it seemed a pretty relaxing place good benefits

      strategic direction changed every few months plenty of competition in wireless space cold calling hell
