      Pros

      All the things you've heard above. Great tech and culture. Company is changing the industry forever. If you are looking for a great life work balance, it gets no better.

      Cons

      Everyone here is talented. But managements ability to create equitable territories borders on deplorable. If you do not get a gem territory, expect mediocrity during your career here.

      Pros

      smart coworkers great perks-- commuter benefits, onsite gym, great coffee + social activities, catered lunch + dinner culture easy to change teams or projects management is open to feedback, lots of positive changes have happened since I got hired

      Cons

      No regular discussion of salary, very limited cost of living increases, promotions or raises. Very limited upward mobility and the promotion opportunities available don't necessarily mean you'll get a salary bump (More work for the same stagnant salary? No thanks.)

      Pros

      Good benefits, they're listening and working on addressing certain issues, free food.

      Cons

      Salary Company culture of certain departments. Sales is the worst bro culture I've seen to date. Management of certain departments. If you're in the wrong department, best of luck with job growth or raises. I wasted a lot of time waiting for change and eventually burned out.
