      Pros

      - OK pay but great benefits being apart of larger org - pay is not great when compared to greater Cisco and the company is well aware of these pain points - Great culture if you are on the right team - Amazing office and location

      Cons

      - Never really bounced back on culture from WFH and we continue to cut costs on in-person time with customers and internal teams
