* Cisco culture - though everyone can be nice and generally relaxed, it can be challenging to work through the 15-20-30 year Cisco culture where folks can be disengaged, unfocused, and without a bias for action * Unclear path for growth - though everyone is open to helping you find your opportunities, there isn't a lot of guidance on where your career is headed to follow on your role * Leadership sometimes seems out of touch with employees - people ask tough questions during Town Halls, but leadership never seems to give straight or satisfying answers...generally feels avoidant
