      Mercer is a global company and the opportunity for growth continues to expand. If you are a self-motivated individual, the resources available will allow you to do great things.

      Cons

      Mercer is known for overworking and underpaying their employees. It is not uncommon for an employee to work 60+ hours a week and to still be asked to produce or deliver more. In addition, due to a recent reorganization, you may have peers that are 2-3 grade levels above you doing the same work.
