Toxic management and poor work-life balance

no pros i can think of

Cons

politics incapable managers - dont guide, ask reportees to work on weekends and public holidays, play blame games (most managers are like this), don't know how to talk to others no work life balance no clear guidance and direction no proper induction or trainings leaves only on papers unrealistic expectations too much favourism
