Pros

Playing company softball is fun.

Cons

No advancement, no raises, and no performance reviews. The employee self-seervice website to try to apply to jobs or sign up for trainings is beyond confusing. Our raises were determined on criteria that was never actually explained to us and only half of the analysts got raises.

Pros

I received immediate client face time, including presenting in front of c-suite executives. There was no formal training program which allows you to learn by doing instead of getting bored studying in a conference room.

Cons

The segments are highly specialized which can be a downside for less experienced analysts or associates who want to get a broader exposure.
