      Pros

      Good coworkers and the office culture is great! They use spot awards if you work hard. Good amount of space at your desk. Communication between coworkers is good. They provide opportunities to have career development through workshops, online learning, or books. Casual fridays(jeans) and social events are cool.

      Cons

      Workload sucks at times. Either too much to do or nothing at all, can't seem to find a balance. Senior management doesn't always communicate their needs or project plan well.

      Pros

      Good opportunities if you are willing to take on the responsibility. Good people to work with in a professional work environment. Lots of good clients that you will collaborate with on important projects.

      Cons

      You need to understand that relationships are a critical factor in your success. Some managers are not that experienced or interested in people management; there tends to be more recognition for billable work than people managment

      Pros

      There are no longer any good reasons to work at Mercer. It is merely a handy way of earning money to pay bills and have a life.

      Cons

      The culture of deceit and denial encouraged by incompetent management under the delusion they are being effective when they only care for their lick-spittals. It is a serious problem I know of so called IT Professionals in this who promise to do work, don't, it damages service to external clients and they then receive promotions through grades !
