Pros

Great name on your resume Fun group of people Information sharing was good

Cons

Very low pay - my full time offer was 50% lower than the competition - no wonder I'm not there anymore! Reviews gave me no constructive feedback

Pros

* opportunity to meet with senior executives from a variety of firms and/or industries * young workforce, very social * pay for educational costs

Cons

* lack of knowledge transfer * lack of clear channels/career paths for top 10% (the firm ranks each employee) * poor recruiting practices - seems a pulse is all it takes at times * poor leadership from the c-suite to front-line managers * bureaucratic * political * cost-focused service firm - budgets for discretionary expenses (business lunches, conferences) are minimal, almost non-existant * lots of arrogant, pompous consultants

Pros

There are great opportunites. Know your passion and put your hand up.

Cons

Much more "sales" focused than it used to be (it used to be "professional" focused).
