Pros

Autonomy and independence in managing your own work; great work environment and team-oriented culture; solid mentorship program when first hired (but one that unfortunately doesn't continue after 6 months); moderate travel

Cons

Consultants are overstaffed on projects (usually 4-7 at a time when the industry norm is 2-3) with accelerated timelines.; lack of opportunities to move outside of the Workday practice.

Pros

If you want a chilled job, mercer provides a lot of flexibility. You can work from home as long as you have a valid reason

Cons

Hard to get promoted and raised. Mercer has a high turnover rate and they seems not to want to keep people staying
