Great learning opportunities and exposure to interesting client challenges; the chance to really make your work "your own", but looking for and asking for opportunities

Cons

Competitive culture where you don't necessarily feel like your managers have your back; sometimes inconsistent messaging from leadership when it comes to focusing on billable hours over work-life balance
