Learning is good but at cost of burning mid night lamps.

Cons

No work life balance. Salary hikes only when you have offer from other organisation else dont expect any hike. Utilisation targets of 40 hours a week. No onsite opportunity, again may be given only when you have an offer at hand. No professionalism. No Vision. Multiple projects at hand at a same time just to meet 40 hours target a week.
