Pros

Amazing pipeline! Amazing senior leadership and transparency from them to the rest of us at the company also! Really try to give us work/life balance and treat the CRA's well in regards to resourcing within our region.

Cons

Difficult to get a promotion- highly competitive but frustrating when external candidates are hired over internal candidates.
