Too much politics. Moves too slow.

Inbread IT management has led to an unimaginable arogance. Lots of naked emperors making cluless decsions. Outside voices ignored. Not invented here syndrom prevails. A rare outside hired director told me, there isn't one best practice we don't violate. Merck would do well to outsource the entire operation to true professionals.
