Pros

I think Merck is a company with a lot of opportunities to grow, they give you to the support and freedom as a co-op to really learn and build meaningful connections. They even provide you with a mentor to help guide your journey as a young engineer.

Cons

The company is very big and very busy, it can be overwhelming and there are plenty of good and bad employees that may make your life easier or harder.
