Pros

Great benefits, well looked after during COVID pandemic, unbelievable job security with such a big company.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as it could be compared to other Life Science companies, however I have heard some horror stories about conditions elsewhere and Merck looked after their employees' wellbeing.

Poor management with lots of favoritism . People brown nose all the time. It is a very sink or swim and people will gossip about you. Looking for another position.
