Pros
Depends on the project you are working but i see that overall the company is really supportive towards its employees.work life balance is maintained.
Cons
Only issue is the pay grade here. The existing employees salary raise is quite low as compared to other product based companies. This i say being into a niche technology ,the pay that we see and compared to ours is not up to the mark. Company needs to take care of their existing employees rather than hiring externals at market value.
