      Name carries some weight when on a résumé.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement. People are hired for a position and remain there. Very few are promoted. Most move on to other pharma companies before they are let go. No sense of employee value or loyalty. Absolute worst training I've ever encounter. Nearly non-existent
