      Pros

      Nice facility. Decent cafeteria. Underground parking.

      Cons

      Inbread IT management has led to an unimaginable arogance. Lots of naked emperors making cluless decsions. Outside voices ignored. Not invented here syndrom prevails. A rare outside hired director told me, there isn't one best practice we don't violate. Merck would do well to outsource the entire operation to true professionals.

      Great benefits, lots of nice perks like a bank and gym in the main building

      Lots of red tape, poor communication, many frustrated employees, too many financial systems that do not work, poor high level management, older pool of employees
