Good portfolio of products, excellent benefits, fun national meetings, great co-workers Ample resources such as expense budgets and while it was still allowable, great giveaways to the offices.
Cons
bonuses paid yearly would not fire low quality mgrs despite the huge amount of turnover in high performing reps Lack of communication to the sales reps Too much overlap of reps in the field
