- Highly smart and competent people. - High degree of responsibility, as well as freedom - You have space to define yourself

- Company going through a change, which is a questionable strategy in itself. - Extremely limited opportunities for advancement in the current environment - Merger with Schering hasn't still stabilized the working environement here. Confusion still exists.. policies and organizations are still being consolidated - Productivitiy is up, mainly due to fear of job loss - Salaries and compensation is being constrained.
