Merck is a large pharmaceutical company with many benefits. The salary and commission are very good and the benefits are competitive. There is a pension available which is unusual in this day and age. 401k match thru 5%.

Cons

Experiencing some of the market place constriction that all pharmaceutical companies have experienced. In general handling these well.
