Pros

Had a great team, we worked together and had each others backs. Encouraged to work cross departments and help when every you could. Decent pay.

Cons

After the merger it was layoffs after layoffs. Put down for doing more than just your job. Very few will to help each other. Long hours and weekends without reward or comp time.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

Upper management not always in tune to what is happening on the research and development level. Decisions are made to cut and disband groups without realizing the full potential of what is there.

Pros

The company has very good benefit packages, a very typical pharma corporate and include research and development.

Cons

A very professional corporate, where you are a number when lay off comes and frequent lay offs.
