Pros
Great benefits with 5 weeks paid vacation without having to accrue time. Also up to 3 months of paid parental leave. They have medical, dental, vision and group legal that you can opt in for. They also have a variety of wellness benefits such as personify health which pays you up to $225 a year for maintaining healthy habits and Lyra for mental health support.
Cons
It's a big company that moves pretty slowly. Not a lot of opportunity for development outside of my role for the group that I work for. Currently going through a lot of organizational changes.
