Management continually ices good projects with good results to stop bad projects from bleeding. Entire company will grind to a halt once or twice a year because the C-suite is worried about how some numbers look, even though bookings are solid. Only willing to invest in R&D if it's not their money. Pay is not competitive and you will have to strongarm them for cost of living increases.

PMs have no power. Major quality issues. QA reports to Operations, which is a conflict of interest. Upper management changes labor and material priorities without informing the PM; and then the PM takes the blame for missing milestones. Engineering takes a “we meet requirements because we say so” view of requirements verification. Has delivered used, engineering material to a production program and passed it off as new. I would stay far away from this company.
