Changing, not for the better?

Over the past several years, we are proud to have been able to give employees merit increases above the industry average and twice-yearly bonuses. We agree, Mercury is not the same company it was a few years ago and we understand rapid growth like ours can be challenging. With that said, we could not be happier because we have grown and added critical capabilities to our portfolio. Unrealistic Expectations

7yThank you for this feedback. Working at a high performance organization is never dull! We set the bar high and our employees never cease to exceed it. We make a point of recognizing and rewarding success but we understand at times the rapid evolution of our business may be challenging to manage. There are times where all of us will need to put in extra hours to accomplish a common goal, however, employees should know they are always empowered to determine how their personal and professional lives integrate.
