      Pros

      Since the acquisition summer Senior Staff from Mercury Systems has gone to great lengths to introduce themselves and to share the organizational vision. Management made a special point to reassure us that strengths of our team here in Camarillo would be honored. My experience working with the Camarillo team for 3 plus years has been very positive .

      Cons

      Transitions are tough. Data migration and adapting to a ne Materials Management Program adds a layer of complexity to the standard operation. Efforts to maintain , and increase production can be fatiguing. A con might be the pace at times.

      So far from what I've seen since acquiring us, they seem to really care about our needs and they follow through them. Understanding it takes time, but they make it happen!!

      Cons

      The MRP system (ORACLE) needs some improvements.

      First, thanks very much for the feedback related to MRP and sorry for the delay in responding. We are in the process of making a number of enhancements to our MRP system including: - Reducing data entry requirements - Combining transactions using customer forms we are developing - Moving from MRP to a DRP model so we can look at demand across the enterprise.
