      Pros

      The company motto, "One Mercury", really hits home with the tight-knit team of employee in San Jose working toward a common goal. Easy access to these in different facilities throughout the country.

      Cons

      Lack of in-person meeting, but great use of technology to compensate

From common systems and processes at each site to our One Mercury intranet site, we are always thinking of ways to connect our people and goals. Collaboration is integral to our success and growth and we try to stay on top of the technologies that enable that. Our strategic growth initiatives are another way we tie our people and goals together. We have had a lot of valuable contributions made by employees working toward those goals.

      Pros

      Mercury does many things to support employee satisfaction and growth. They seem to be proud of creating a great place to work.

      Cons

      Have yet to find any major cons. As with anything else in life, you get out what you put in.

      Pros

      The company offers good salary, benefits and STOCK OPTIONS. This allows you to make more money and be more interested in helping the company grow. Management is fair and they pay attention to your concerns and try their best to come up with a solution. They don't micromanage everyday but they let your work results speak for themselves. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Some of the processes could be improved to be more efficient in getting things done in time
