Cons

It would be great if all managers were on the same page with employees; some need to hold employees more accountable.

Pros

Great people, lots of opportunity to grow and develop. Leadership is working really hard to stay ahead of the competition in both technology and as an employer.

Cons

Leadership is completely out of touch with the regular rank and file. They have no concept of our realities and it shows in what and the way they choose to communicate.
