      Pros

      Very competitive salary and good benefits package. The people here are smart, bright and professional individuals. A lot of employees have been here for 20+ years, which to me is somewhat of a correlation as to how much they enjoy their work.

      Pros

      Mercury Systems continues to evolve and become a more relevant player within the defense industry. The company has a very strong portfolio of leading edge solutions that are very much in demand by both the large defense primes and at times direct to the DoD. The Mercury team appears to be morphing into one cohesive unit- with engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, sales, HR, and marketing all working together towards a common goal of driving for customer success. Company morale, while never perfect, is gaining ground as the overall tempo of innovation along with good growth and job prospects seems to be having a positive impact on the Mercury team.

      Cons

      All companies have challenges. For Mercury Systems, the on-going challenge is to continue to deliver on customer commitments with good but not unlimited resources. This at times puts some stress on employees and it is something that needs to be monitored.
