It's a job. Even with a possibility of using debt, it pushes to use cash resources

With the recent acquisitions and corresponding layoffs, Mercury has sunk from a positive company where the $'s came in easily, to breaking policy to chase $'s. The management direction is haphazard - nothing clear since the acquisitions and layoffs. The attitude is depressing at HQ. They are blaming it on the continuing resolution
