      The company cares deeply about its employees, the way it has handled the recent Covid-19 outbreak and has looked after its employees is genuinely astounding The personal growth opportunities are unbounded Leading edge technology Highly innovatiove and growth-focused

      As long as you like to work hard and enjoy a fast-changing environment then I don't see any negative aspects of working for Mercury

      Great place to work with company culture and values that are shared among employees and management. Great success with several new development projects. Great employees benefit (free parking space or mobility pass reimbursement, flexible work schedule, training and learning development plan with LinkedIn Pro business platform, etc.).

      Cons

      Processes and organisational structures are currently scaled up to manage the hyper growth mode.
