Pros

The company offers good salary, benefits and STOCK OPTIONS. This allows you to make more money and be more interested in helping the company grow. Management is fair and they pay attention to your concerns and try their best to come up with a solution. They don't micromanage everyday but they let your work results speak for themselves. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Some of the processes could be improved to be more efficient in getting things done in time

Pros

The training was good and people here are friendly and smart. Very good choice for the first job. Pay is always on time.

Cons

Low percentage when you on the project. Salary increase is slow. Must go back to Princeton when you on bench. Doesn't have direct client.

A Sort of Great Place to Work

Pros

Mercury is a growing company with lots of new opportunities to grow your skill set or expand into other areas. Employees are helpful, great and committed to Mercury's success.

Cons

Since I started at Mercury they seem to have annual large lay offs. Those at the top don't know anything about day to day of the employees. Too much middle management that doesn't do anything other than get in the way of what people who actually produce are doing. Raises are small, don't cover cost of living, or even the rise in health care cost each year. Profit share stinks, while people at the top make so much more, go on extravagant dinners and get golf memberships as business expenses.
