Pros
Good pay and bonus (when it was actually paid) Worked with some really great people (not too many remain) Some really interesting technology and products
Cons
There have been frequent layoffs and restructurings under the new CEO and ELT, with Marketing and IT taking the deepest cuts. It didn't matter if the team member was pregnant or on a much needed vacation (work-life-balance is a joke). Leadership is too eager to take the 'let's cut heads' route to improve the financial narrative versus making real strategic decisions, such as evaluating the products, technology, and/or facilities for divestment.
