Overworking any employees that are still here Focus on quick profits Expectation that if you're salary you will work on the weekend Management that does not understand culture matters in a company Outdated tools that hinder work 0 incentive for employees to stay with low raises and minimum bonuses

Pay is alright depending on your area Opportunity exists internally for advancement due to layoffs and turnover (they cant keep competent talent)

Cons

Leadership changes every 6 months Leadership are pushing revenue to protect their jobs rather than fixing the issues to sustain growth Org restructures resulted in a lack of direction The company does not care about its employees Layoffs after every bad quarter every quarter for the last 2 years

Over staffed administratively. Are continuously restructuring the business unit which in case eliminates multiple positions. High turn-over rate.
