The pay is very low, you're micromanaged, and your schedule never stays consistent. The turn over rate is ridiculous

Degree reimbursement was the only pro.

Cons

Constant friction between administration and faculty made for a very stressful environment for the staff that was constantly faced with implementing ever changing policies.

The company does not care about the student. The are in the business to make money and could care less about the actual function of day to day operations. When it comes to Mercy College its all about the numbers.
