Pros

They offer tuition remission. If you are in to helping people, you would definitely have the chance to.

Cons

The college does not care about their employees. They will spend millions on commercials, events, and marketing to bring in new students but could care less about their employees. The student is always right no matter how disrespectful they are to the employees. Don't recommend this place at all.

Not much benefit besides a bi-weekly stipend that does very little for you.

Cons

Some courses are covered by the Business program at the graduate level, so you save quite a bit of money to say the least

The students are wonderful to work with. Co workers are supportive and it feels like a collaborative environment.

Pay is low for the area. Administration doesn’t listen to faculty and staff
