      Good People to work with (some, not all). Current President T.Hall does a lot to cater to staff and show he cares

      Cons

      Pay is low (including if you have a masters - very low 50s), Overworked, Hours/Holiday are poor compared to other colleges, Pay Cycle can be irregular at times, Parking during midday (better during summer), Autonomy can be limited
