Pros
It has a kind and wholesome sense of community within the organization. They have a lot of employee and student events that really breathe life into the university's culture.
Cons
Not much pay, it's a small private university with one of the cheapest tuitions in New York. That isn't a bad thing because it's a livable wage with great union benefits but it's limited in terms of pay growth.
