Pros
Nice compensation package for the non-profit/INGO industry. Great team members. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Fast-paced environment, constantly changing, which makes it a bit disorganized at times. Health insurance for non US-based employees was done through reimbursements from a third-party (sometimes up to 2-3 months of waiting for a reimbursement). Could be more proactive in supporting employee's professional development.
