managers are super nice and understanding with my school schedule and I did receive my yearly raise even if it wasn't that much. Hard work in some areas, no work in others.

Cons

Not enough pay, not enough staff.

Okay as far as hospitals go. Pretty good resources.

Cons

Always looking for ways to overwork and underpay. Micromanagement. Understaffed.lack of compensation for national certifications or additional responsibilities.
