Monday-Friday schedule, off on certain holidays when clinic is closed, flexibility for taking off for appointments when needed

Cons

Understaffed, no assistance from office management, must use PTO to cover holidays clinic is closed, never leave on time, no bonus like other staff members get (ex. MA’s get quarterly bonuses but nurses don’t?)

Playing favorites happened in our department a lot. Not the best paternity leave or PTO policies.
