Pros

Great PTO package Good 401K Full time hours

Cons

Longevity no longer means anything here. They will hire a new employee making DOLLARS more than someone who has been there for countless number of years. When they transitioned from St Edwards to Mercy Health, the personability, compassion, and heartfelt intentions stopped. It is now a Corporate, money centered, cold business now & no longer centered around the actual patient but instead their insurance. I worked their many years and thru the transition and I could not have been more disappointed. They took the main thing that made me want to work there, which was caring about each person and making a difference and have made it all about money. I understand you have to make money for any business to thrive, but that's all it's about now. There are really good people that work there & I made lifelong friends over the years, but the company as a whole could honestly care less about their people as long as they come out "ahead" with their money.
